Cara is Hungarian National Champion!
The story of a very successful weekend
We again spent a nice and very successful weekend in our neighbour country Hungary. As already in spring the the weather was fine, almost summer like at the showgrounds in the old Fort Monostor in Komarom.
Since Cara finished the Hungarian junior champion already in July, we decided to run in intermediate class. In just 2 days Cara won 3 CAC, 2 CACIB, 2 BOB, 3 winner titles and the Hungarian national championship title.
But let's get to the details. Saturday morning started the CACIB Grand Prix 2011. At that competition Cara got CAC, CACIB, and BOB against a competitor in champion class. With the CACIB at that show goes the title "Grand Prix Winner 2011". Many thanks to judge Mrs. Bánhidi Pálné (H).
In the afternoon the club show of the Hungarian poodle club "Joker Uszkár Klub" started. There Cara again got CAC and BOB. With the BOB at that show goes the title "Alpok-Adria Winner" (Alpok = Alps, Adria = Adriatic Sea). Many thanks to judge Mrs. Radvánszky Katalin (H).
Sunday the CACIB Derby 2011 took place. At this show Cara won CAC and CACIB. At this show the title "Derby Winner" is awarded to the best dog and bitch of each breed born in the previous year, i.e. 2010 in this case. Cara got this title as well. Many thanks to judge Mr. Jean Biangino (F, vice president of the french poodle club).
But the best of all comes last. Hungary has a rule that any dog or bitch that wins CACIB both at the Grand Prix show and the Derby show is also awarded the Hungarian national champion title. Hence Cara has got her first (adult) champion title with just 15 month and 4 days of age. From now on she is allowed to enter in champion class
